www.tranquillityskincare.com (the "Website") is owned and operated by Tranquillity Skincare. All of the goods on this Website are offered by Tranquillity Skincare ("we/us"), which will be the contracting party for any order that you place. These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions for the sale of goods on the Website. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights. We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any change will take effect from the date posted on the website.
Prices and Promotions
Although we endeavor to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be miss- priced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order, or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods on the Website at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order.
You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which you submit your order by clicking the "next" button on the check out page. By submitting an order to TRANQUILLITY SKINCARE you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
All orders made by you through the Website are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.
After submitting an order to us you will be sent an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the goods that you have ordered. Please note this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order.
For certain goods, information concerning stock availability is not available on the Website. If you order goods, which are not available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail and you will have the option to wait until the goods are available from stock, or cancel your order in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy. In the event your order is cancelled, we will refund any payment already collected from you in respect of that order, in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.
Any email or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between us will take place when goods you have ordered have been dispatched to you.
We dispatch the items ordered using the method of delivery you selected Monday to Friday. For UK Customers delivery is complimentary and will arrive by Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for. If UK Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery is selected, this costs £7.80 and cut off time for Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery delivery is 1pm. Orders placed on Friday for Royal Mail Special Next Delivery (meaning Saturday delivery) is £10.50.
We will always post to your PayPal delivery address. We cannot be held responsible if the delivery address given is incorrect. We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry. If your order is returned back to us it is your responsibility to make arrangements to have your order re-delivered or to request a refund less the shipping costs.
We will use reasonable endeavors to ensure that the estimated delivery times are met but we cannot accept any liability for late deliveries, which are due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
Once you have received the goods, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the goods shall pass to you. If you intend to cancel your order in accordance with the cancellation and returns policy, you must keep good care of the goods pending their return to us. You will be liable for goods incurring customs charges.
Contact and Emails
We are an online company and contact is through email only. We endeavour to answer emails as soon as possible usually within 1 working day, however all emails will be answered within 3 working days Monday to Friday 9am -5pm excluding bank holidays. If you are not receiving emails from us please check your spam folder.
Please ensure when contacting us that your correct email is given as if we are given the wrong email address we are unable to contact you.
Our website has the functionality to display approximate prices in other Currencies but please note that prices shown other than in Great British Pounds are always for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual amount charged to you by PayPal or your card company. All our product prices are set in Great British Pounds and all orders are charged in Great British Pounds. The amount you will actually be charged will be displayed in Great British Pounds on the Secure Payment Page. We can't tell exactly what the equivalent amount is in currencies other than Great British Pounds because the exchange rate changes constantly and card providers and PayPal may use a different exchange rate than the one we're using. They may also levy additional fees and charges which we do not know and cannot estimate.
Refusal of Transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this Website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Cancellation & Returns
Legal compliance. This returns and refunds policy is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive which came into force in October 2000 and is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This law applies to all transactions within the UK where a consumer does not meet the vendor. Contracts between businesses are not governed by these regulations.
Your rights as a consumer
In accordance with the law, you have a 7 day 'cooling off period' in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund, subject to any delivery costs we have incurred. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your purchase. We are obliged to refund your payment in full within 30 days of your cancellation. All products should be returned unused, unopened and in a re-saleable condition.

Refunds due to cancellation
Should you cancel your purchase within this 7 day 'cooling off' period, we will refund your payment in full, subject to any delivery costs we have incurred. If your order qualified for free postage then we will refund minus the normal shipping charge (based upon weight) without the free shipping discount once the remaining value of your order is below the qualifying value. If you paid by credit or debit card through Paypal from this website, your refund will be made directly to your Paypal account within 30 days of your cancellation. If you paid by any other means, your refund will be made by cheque which will be posted to you within 30 days of your cancellation. There will be no charges for cancellation within this 7 day cooling off period. All products should be returned unused, unopened and in a re-saleable condition.
Returns and refunds outside the 7 day cooling off period
Refunds for unwanted goods will only be made where the goods are returned unused, unopened and in re-saleable condition. Unwanted goods must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery.
Returning unwanted goods
Unwanted goods should be returned within 14 days of delivery. You should post them, unopened and undamaged, to:

We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. You are also advised to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to give us your name and address, transaction number and a copy of your purchase receipt. Please note that the cost of returning unwanted items is your responsibility.
Refunds for unwanted goods
Providing that we receive unwanted goods in unused, unopened and re-saleable condition within 7 days of delivery, we will refund payment for the goods. Orders placed by credit or debit card through Paypal from this website will be refunded directly to your Paypal account. Orders placed by other means will be refunded by cheque. These refunds will be made within 30 days of return of goods.
If you receive goods that are damaged or faulty or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your item/s by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org We are unable accept returned goods after the Customer has used an item indefinitely and then reports that the goods are faulty or defective.
To make sure of a timely resolution, please provide the order number and keep the packing materials and the damaged items. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Goods must be returned to us in their original unused condition at our address within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure that the returned package is appropriately sealed, and that you have included within the returned parcel your completed Returns Note. Please make sure you obtain a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us. You should keep your Proof of Postage in order to offer proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit. We cannot refund until a returned parcel has been delivered and signed for at our address.
We deliver to your paypal address. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.
Products for Personal Use Only
Tranquillity Skincare products are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products you purchase from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order or products that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.

We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on the Site; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, information or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
