Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in the UK.  We are in the throes of updating our website and product ingredients will be coming soon.

Product packaging

Packaging will vary.  Your product maybe presented in a silver airless tube, or a clear/silver airless tube or a white airless tube.

When will I receive my order? 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 working days although most orders will be shipped within 1 working day.
We dispatch Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

What are your delivery charges?

Shipping Charges in the United Kingdom

In the United Kingdom we give COMPLIMENTARY FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all UK Orders.over £150.
We ship by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. 

You can opt to use Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery which is £7.80.  Cut off time for this delivery is 1pm, if this delivery is selected later than 1pm, the order will be dispatched the following day for delivery the next working day. If you purchase on a Friday and you wanted your order Saturday, you can opt for Royal Mail Special Weekend Delivery which is £10.50.  Please note order processing times may vary.

EU Customers : by Royal Mail  International Tracked and Signed For - £9.50
US Customers: Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For Delivery - £10.50                       
Rest of World : Royal Mail International  Signed For Delivery - £11.50

You pay one shipping cost for any number of products ordered.
All shipping is fully trackable and needs a signature.

Email communication

After purchase you will receive a sales confirmation email.
After dispatch we send you a dispatch email letting you know the tracking number of your order so at any time you may find out the status of your order by logging on the Royal Mail track and trace website and using the tracking number we have provided.

Why I haven't received an email from you?

If you are not receiving emails from us, please check your spam folder, especially Customers with hotmail accounts. If you have placed an order with us please add us to your contact list to ensure you receive emails and updates from us.

Returns
We hope that you are happy with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy, you may return any item in its original unused condition for a full refund within 7 working days from delivery.

Please email us at sales@tranquillityskincare.com you will be issued with a Returns No. this will act as a reference to track your return. This is important, as without this number, your return may be subject to delays.

Refunds will only be processed once the original item has been returned to us in it's original packaging and unused condition. Once you have obtained a Returns Number, please write the number clearly on the outside of your parcel and return the goods to:

If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete, or incorrect delivery, we will require you to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. Please make sure you obtain a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us. You should retain your Proof of Postage in order to provide proof of delivery to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We advise you to send your package back to us by recorded delivery.

If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods (exclusive of the initial delivery charge) within thirty (30) days of receiving your returned goods, provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original unused condition at our address within 7 working days of delivery.

Please note that we cannot accept returned goods with the tamper proof seal removed/and has been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be obtainable and it will be your responsibility for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 14 days of our notification.


Damaged/Faulty/Incorrect items
 

If you receive goods that are damaged or faulty or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund. Please notify us as soon as possible and within 14 days of receiving your item/s by emailing us at sales@tranquillityskincare.com  We are unable accept returned goods after the Customer has used an item indefinitely and then reports that the goods are faulty or defective.

To make sure of a timely resolution, please provide the order number and keep the packing materials and the damaged items. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. 

Goods must be returned to us in their original unused condition at our address within 7 working days of delivery. Please ensure that the returned package is appropriately sealed, and that you have included within the returned parcel your completed Returns Note. Please make sure you obtain a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us. You should keep your Proof of Postage in order to offer proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit. 

We deliver to your paypal address. However we cannot be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.  

Airless Pump - Why isn't my airless pump dispensing product?

Some of our products use an airless pump technology.  Airless pump dispensers utilize a vacuum system.  When using your product for the first time, you may need to "prime" the dispenser a few times.  Sometimes an air bubble will form inside the product container causing what seems to be a broken pump…next time your pump stops working don’t panic! To get the product to dispense, cap it, turn it upside down and tap it against a hard surface 10-15 times, then try to pump it again, it should begin to work properly. If that doesn’t do the trick, please keep the bottle upside down and when you use the product again you will find the pump dispensing perfectly.
